Return, Refund, & Shipping

Please contact us at Store credit/refunds for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise only within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned package. Refunds will only be issued to the card used. Credit will not be issued for opened or damaged merchandise.


Buy proceeding any purchases and/or policies, you are in agreement with our refund, return, & shipping policy.


We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All orders are shipped out within 72 hours of receiving order or ordering customer will be notified if we are out of stock or need additional time for mailing.

Most orders are shipped USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on weather and location of delivery address.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Any items returned to us by the shipping carrier because customer was not available to receive the package or shipping address related issues will be subject to additional shipping costs. Packages are reshipped using the method of our choice. Packages returned to us will be reshipped within 5-7 business days if customer provides correct information. Refunds for returned packages will be processed within 5-7 business days of being returned back to us if correct information was not provided for reshipment.

Once a package is scanned as delivered on a tracking report it is not eligible for reshipment and is no longer our responsibility.



Packages not delivered within 14 business days in the domestic United States are eligible for reshipment. Please contact us thecurlyhairedherbalist@outlookcom. At that time, we will open an investigation, which typically takes 2-5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost at that point, we will reship the order.
